Frank Vincent Tribute
The idea of doing a yearly Frank Vincent tribute came from my mentor, John A. Gallagher. He and Frank had worked together in the past, and he had a huge respect for him and his work. Upon his passing, I saw that SAG neglected to honor his memory, and so John and I put our heads together to put together a tribute screening. The first year, I screened "Men Lie" in Little Italy, and was so honored to have his family in attendance. Each year thereafter, I have been screening his work.
