Film submissions must not be available online or be available for purchase from the time of acceptance through the run of the film festival.
Films of a taboo nature (incest, porn, highly sexual or abuse of animals or children) are not accepted.
I do not accept rough cuts or work in progress.
I will not accept films that are AI generated.
All international films submitted must have English subtitles.
You may submit to AIA FF while having submitted to other festivals.
I accept films in the following genres/themes: Romance, Sci Fi, Horror, Animated, Youth, Comedy, Drama, Documentary, International, and LGBT.
Features are capped at 90 minutes. To ask about exceptions, email the Founder.
You are able to submit films that date back from 2023 through the current year.
All filmmakers must secure any and all necessary licenses or permits associated with showing said film.
Youths wishing to submit films must fall within the age bracket of 10-17. All content must be created and filmed solely by said filmmaker.
No refunds are to be given on entry fees.
