As Founder of this festival, I have spent many years working with various filmmakers. One of the things that I have learned is that many would prefer to do the creative part - and not invest as much time into the business side of things. Also, there is this assumption that PR services are always expensive or not affordable for most. This workshop is designed to share with filmmakers what services a publicist can offer, what type of budget is needed, and why utilizing PR is a good idea for films.

I myself will be hosting this panel, as I do PR for filmmakers, actors, film festivals and small business owners.
